对交通规划流量分配问题中的交叉口延误函数进行了研究．考虑了对冲突流、冲突相位和非机动车交通等因素,通过对交叉口延误函数的进一步细化,对不同转向车流和不同交叉口类型建立了适合我国城市道路的交叉口延误函数,增强了交通分配模型的可靠性．

Research and application of the turn penalty function in the transportation planning

Translation evaluation disintegrates between, and among, linguistic analysis and social judgement on account of fussy understanding of translation. The paper, adopting Houses classification, depicts those disintegrated evaluations which emanate from different concepts of "meaning" and its role in translation in addition to their vague parameters. Conceptual integration theory awakens us from metaphorical interpretation of translation. Philosophical digestion of "meaning" in terms of experientialism brings us closer to the nature of translation and makes it possible for us to command a panoramic view, through conceptual structure, in evaluating translation.
