王安石军事思想初探

王安石的军事思想主要有以下四个方面的内容 :1.精简军队 ,裁汰冗兵 ,建立一支战斗力较强的军队 ;2 .加强军队管理 ,改革更戍法 ,实行将兵法 ;3.完善募兵制 ,实现寓兵于农的保甲制 ;4 .重视军需。王安石的军事思想及其实践虽然没有解除北宋的西北边患、改变“积弱”的政治局面 ,但也取得了一定的成效 ,使北宋军事制度发生了较大的变化 ,在中国军事史上有一定地位。

A tentative study on Wang Anshi's military thought

Wang Anshi's military thought mainly consists of four aspects of content;first,setting up an army with more combat capability by simplifying the army and cutting down the surplus staff;second,tightening the management on the army,reforming the old way that grading the border by turn and putting appointing generals into use;third,improving enrolling solders and putting militia which enrolling soldiers from peasants into use;forth,paying attention to military supply.Although Wang's military thought and its practice can neither resolve the problem in northwest of Bei Song Dynasty,nor reverse the unsuitable political situation,they still made some progress.And,they changed the military system in Bei Song Dynasty a lot.
