| 摘 要： | 福州船政学堂是近代中国第一所海军制造学校 ,培养科技人才是该学堂的办学目标。学堂中的专业设置以造船、驾驶和轮机为主。为使学生受到更全面的训练和了解掌握本专业的世界先进水平 ,福州船政学堂从 1 9世纪 70年代中期开始向欧洲派遣留学生。福州船政学堂的创办 ,反映了近代中国经济结构变动的要求 ,代表了近代教育发展的新方向。福州船政学堂实施科学教育所取得的成绩和历史作用不能磨灭。

| Abstract: | Fuzhou Shipping School was the first naval manufacture school in modern China. The aim of running the school was to foster qualified scientists and technicians. The main specialities were ship manufacturing, pilot and engineering. In the 1870s, in order to train the students in an all-round way and let them master advanced levels of the speciality, they sent students studying in Europe. The founding of Fuzhou Shipping School reflected the changing demand for economic structure in modern China. It also represented the new tendency of the development for modern education. The achievement and the historical function for Fuzhou Shipping School to carry out the scientific education will never be obliterated. |
