技术性贸易壁垒对我国影响加剧的博弈分析

在全球关税下降和数量限制措施受到WTO约束的趋势和背景下,发达国家纷纷采取技术性贸易壁垒措施保护本国产品和产业免受冲击。在外国对华实施技术性贸易壁垒措施的过程中存在三类博弈,即WTO规则与反倾销收益、多米诺效应与起诉成本、实施与制衡机制。正是外国对华反倾销收益出现递减趋势,技术性贸易壁垒措施存在多米诺效应和我国缺乏制衡机制这三方面原因,共同导致了发达国家越来越频繁地对我国实施技术性贸易壁垒措施。

A Game Analysis of Increasing Effect of TBT on China

As there is the tendency of restriction of WTO on custom dudes and quantity limitation, the developed countries have turned to TBT to protect their domestic products and industries from competition of foreign countries. In the process of making China implement TBT, there are three games: the regulations of WTO and the profit of antidumping, domino effect and suing cost, and implementation and balancing mechanism. Because of the decreasing profit from antidumping against China, domino effect and the Chinese lack of balancing mechanism, the developed countries use TBT more and more frequently to restrict China.
