| 摘 要： | 根据体育大纲的要求,学校体育教学主要以促进学生身心健康为目的,通过对教材内容的贯彻实施,使学生在体育课中身心得到愉悦,提高学生参与体育的积极性、主动性,养成良好的体育锻炼习惯和终身体育的思想.运用"快乐体育"教学模式是实现和达到这一目标的有效途径.

| Abstract: | according to the the requirement of the physical education, the schooling physical education should emphasize on the the purpose of improvement of the students' body and mind health. Through the enforcement of the textbook, we should reach this goal: the students will happily enjoy the PE class; the students can improve their positivity and go-aheadism to take part in the physical education so that they will from a good habit of body-building and the thought of life-long physical education. So the teaching model of happy physical education is an effective way to accomplish this purpose. |
