论先进生产力及其现代特征

先进生产力分为领先于世界的和领先于地区的两个层次先进的类型。先进生产力具有时效性、跃进性、扩展性和自身完善等一般特征,以及先进生产力使生产力中的知识从隐性趋向显性、内含知识趋向多学科综合、生产力主体转移等特征。先进生产力发展的要求主要是科学技术发展及其价值实现的要求,关键是要有适应科研发展及其成果转化为生产力的体制、政策和创造性人才培养以及开展科研活动的环境和条件。
