论唐代营州的民族融合

唐代营州是中原王朝统治东北的前沿阵地,又是中原与东北少族民族往来的重镇。营州境内的居民除汉民族外,还生活着内附的契丹、奚、靺鞨、室韦、突厥、高句丽等民族以及来自西域的胡人,营州成为多民族聚居区,汉族与各少数民族之间在经济、服饰、墓葬形制、赐姓、和亲等方面相互交流、相互影响,促进了营州的民族融合。

On Integration of Nationalities

In Tang Dynasty, Ying Province is not only a frontier place for the domination of the northeast area of the imperial in Central Plains, but also a crucial administrative division for the communication among nationalities in Central Plains and the northeast area.Besides the Han nationality, there are also other nationalities living in Ying Province such as Qidan, Xi, Mohe, Shiwei, Tujue, Gaoli and Hu from the western regions.Ying Province therefore became a muti -nationality region.The communication and influence of economic, dress, way of funeral and giving names and connections through marriage helped the integration of different nationalities in Ying Province.
