全球化是当今时代的基本特征。我国作为世界上最大的发展中国家,在全球化浪潮中面临诸多风险和挑战,主要表现在:宏观经济发展的不稳定因素增多,危及国家经济安全;"新帝国主义"的渗透性侵略和极端事件的破坏性冲击,给我国政治稳定与社会安全带来了挑战;跨越国界的生态恶化和疾病传播带来的风险;全球化加剧了不同文化之间的冲突和矛盾,文化安全问题凸显。
