优化产业结构,促进就业增长

改革开放以来,中国经济持续稳定发展,但中国经济的高速增长并没有带来就业的相应增长,根源在于我国产业结构不合理,第三产业在国民生产总值中所占比重过低。就业是民生之本,我们要从服务行业的改革,产业转移全球化机会的充分利用,制造业自主创新水平的提高,民营中小企业的发展,产业链构建的完善,劳动者素质的提高,城市化进程的推进等方面入手,做好推进优化产业结构和第三产业内部结构的工作,以实现经济社会可持续发展,促进就业增长。

Optimizing Industrial Structure and Promoting the Growth of Employment

Since reform and open policy has been put in practice,the Chinese economy has continued to develop steadily.But the high-speed growth of Chinese economy has not brought the corresponding growth of the employment.The root of this problem consists in the inconsequence of our industrial structure,the proportion of the Third-Industry in GDP is lower,and the population of labor force has been drawn on is too few.The employment is foundation of the livelihood of the people,so expediting the development of service industry is a very exigent task in the development of china's economy and society.In order to realizing the sustain development of economy and society,it is necessary to optimize industrial structure,make efforts to develop the Third-Industry,and enlarge the social employment.
