| 摘 要： | 中国公办高校为中国高等教育大众化做出了重要贡献却承受着巨额债务。在对高校巨额债务形成原因进行分析基础上，以高等教育的产品属性和高校资产的产权属性为理论支撑点，分析了我国高校的债务属性，提出解决中国高等院校的巨额债务压力应坚持政府主导，创新体制，分阶段循序进行。

| Abstract: | China＇ s state - run colleges ＆ universities have made an important contribution to the popularization of higher education in China but born huge debts. Based on the analysis of the contributing factors, the paper analyzes the attributes of the debts supported by the theory of product attributes of higher education and the property right attributes of university assets and suggests that government should play a leading role in dealing with the pressure caused by the heavy debts of colleges ＆ universities and in structural reform and solutions be worked out in progressive phases. |
