| 摘 要： | 教育者要首先接受教育。在当前大力推进和实施素质教育的过程中 ,提高教育者的思想道德素质、科学文化素质、业务素质和身心素质应摆在突出的位置 ,而最为迫切的是提高教育工作者的思想政治素质。文章详细分析了当前我国高校教师思想政治素质的现状 ,并提出了一些切实可行的提高与改进的措施
