丹江口水库移民遗留问题觅源

丹江口水利枢纽是共和国在上个世纪60—70年代修建的重要水利工程之一，移民总数静态即达38万之多，移民背景条件独特，迁移过程漫长，安置方式反复多样，其遗留问题典型、复杂，也很突出。文章从六个方面探讨了其遗留问题产生的根源，既有当时中国独具的社会背景，也有历史不期而遇的巧合，更有许多人为的因素，其共同合力作用下，致使丹江口水库移民遗留问题甚为典型、复杂，解决起来也特别困难。

Problems of Relocation Left Over from Danjiangkou Reservoir Project

The number of relocated residents in the Danjiangkou Reservoir Project, an important water control project from 1960 to 1970, totaled 380 thousands, who had a unique historical background and were relocated over a long period in many different ways, leaving some complex problems. The paper discusses the cause of the problems in six aspects. The unique social conditions of the time, historical coincidence, and some human factors all combined to make the relocation problem more complex and difficult to solve.
