| 摘 要： | 马克斯·韦伯通过对新教伦理与资本主义精神之间关系的研究，提出了对当时和后世影响巨大的“理性化的现代性”的命题。为寻求现代性的出路，通过对“理性化的现代性”的多重意义分析，提出尉马克思的“实践主体”为现代性奠基，完成哲学的“实践转向”来重构现代性，即从理性主义回到生活世界来拯救现代性的合法成果。

| Abstract: | Through the research on the relation between the Protestantist ethics and the capitalist spirit, Marx Weber brought forward the proposition of ＂modernity of rationalization＂ that influenced that time and afterworld greatly. In order to study the way of modernity, he analysed many meanings of ＂modernity of rationalization＂ and put forward Marx＇s ＂practice body＂ laid a foundation for modernity, realizing success philosophic＂practice turning＂ for rebuilding modernity,that is, rationalization returns to practical world for saving modernistic legitimate achievements. |
