乡村振兴战略中社会主义核心价值观的乡土化

乡村振兴战略不仅以乡村文化建设和价值理念塑造作为内在要求，而且籍于此而创生最为先进和根本的引导、示范、规约和塑造性力量。在乡村价值观念体系由传统向现代转型的过程中，传统价值流失、价值话语权式微、精英价值没落导致了价值失序、认同阙如及凝聚弱化等问题，要自适于上述乡村价值观的诸种现代性张力,需要我们重提并高度重视社会主义核心价值观的乡土化路向，强化社会主义核心价值观在建构乡民价值观念体系过程中的主导性地位和引导规约功能。为此，应从加强乡村基层党组织建设、倡导乡村新集体主义观念、培育乡村独特的公共文化、提升乡村治理体系和治理能力等方面，强化社会主义核心价值观生发的乡土化路向，夯实乡村振兴战略推进的组织、思想、精神与现实基础。

On the localization of the core socialist values in the implementation of rural revitalization strategy

Rural culture construction and value shaping are not only the internal demands of rural revitalization strategy, but also a mechanism which generates fundamental and advanced power in guiding, modeling, restraining and shaping. In the background of the loss of traditional values, weak value discourse, and the decline of elite values that have led to the problems of value disorder, recognition lacking and cohesion weakening, we should re take and emphasize the localization of the core socialist values to meet the various modernity tensions existing in the transformation process of rural value system from being traditional to modern, and thereupon reinforce the dominating role and guiding and regulating functions of the core socialist values in the reconstruction of rural value system. To achieve the objectives, essential measures should be taken to rebuild the organizational, ideological, spiritual, and realistic foundation, including the construction of the party at grass roots level, advocating of new collectivism, the cultivation of rural distinctive culture, and the improvement of rural governance system and capacity.
