| 摘 要： | 21世纪世界经济正从工业经济向知识经济转变。知识经济的本质是创新 ,创新是知识经济生命力之所在。为了迎接知识经济的挑战 ,保证国民经济的可持续发展 ,必须坚持实施“科教兴国”战略 ,不断增强人们的创新能力 ,使我国在新一轮竞争中实现跨越式发展 ,加入到世界知识经济强国的行列。

| Abstract: | In the 21st century the world economy is transforming from industrial economy to intellectual economy.The nature of intellectual economy is innovation in which life energy of intellectual economy exists.In order to meet the challenge of intellectual economy and guarantee sustained development of national economy,we must persist in the strategy of developing the country by relying on science and education and constantly strengthen people's innovation ability so as to make our country finish leaping development in the new competition and take a position in powerful countries of intellectual economy. |
