| 摘 要： | 根据绩效评价一般原理,通过对教育财政支出的基本理论及《中华人民共和国教育法》对政府教育职能相关规定的分析,给出了绩效评价模型,并以此从总体状况、目标达成、合规性、直接影响以及间接影响等五个方面构建了一种通用指标体系,为教育财政支出绩效评价的实施奠定了基础。
