对贪腐心理的哲学解读

哲学思想决定着人的思维方式。大多数贪官虽然位居高位，但他们对社会经济的认知能力却未必就高。由于他们世界观、人生观、价值观方面的缺陷，直接导致其思维方式的错误。他们或把偶然当必然，或把特殊当一般，或把空想当事实，不顾经济社会发展的客观规律，认为凭借自己精心编织的腐败网络，就能逃过反腐利剑，一生辉煌。马克思主义哲学为人类科学认识世界、改造世界提供了正确的世界观和方法论。因此，从根本上杜绝腐败现象，关键在于强化马克思主义哲学学习，培养领导干部正确的世界观、人生观、价值观和思维方式。

Philosophical Interpretation on the Psychology of Corruption

The philosophy determines the way of thinking. Although in high positions, most of the corrupt officials lack cogni- tion of society and economy. Deficiencies in their views on world, life and value cause the wrong way of their thinking. Regard- less of the objective laws of economic and social development, they take fortuity as necessity, particularity as universality, and fancy as reality. In their minds, if they have careful plans on corruption, they can escape the punishment of law and keep living gloriously. Marxist philosophy, however, provides the correct methodology for mankind to understand and transform the world in a scientific way. Therefore, the key to corruption elimination lies in strengthening the study of Marxist philosophy, building up the correct views on world, life and value of cadres and developing their correct ways of thinking.
