| 摘 要： | 文章从组织创新的特点及分类入手,通过对企业组织创新内涵的分析,提出了企业组织创新的三大功能,即对企业市场地位的保障功能、企业生产诸要素的优化配置功能和企业技术创新风险的防范功能.在此基础上指出企业组织创新的核心内容是对企业组织形式、组织结构、组织规模的系统设计.

| Abstract: | By discussing the characteristics and types of the organizational innovation and analysing its connotation,the paper puts forward three functions of the innovation:function of guaranteeing the position of enterprise market;function of disposing enterprise production factors with optimization and function of guarding against risks in enterprise technology innovation.It points out that the systematic design of format,structure and scale of the enterprise organization is the core of the innovation. |
