| 摘 要： | 江苏沿海开发上升为国家战略为推动江苏区域发展拓展了新的空间,也为江苏沿海高校人才培养提出了新的要求。在分析沿海开发对人才的需求、沿海高校专业设置及人才培养现状的基础上,提出了江苏沿海高校人才培养模式与区域经济发展需求接轨的几点实践路径。

| Abstract: | The upgrading of Jiangsu coastal development to the national strategy will promote regional development in Jiangsu coastal area,and set new requirements for talent training of Jiangsu coastal universities.Based on talent demand,speciality provision and personnel training status,the paper proposed several practical approaches to integrating training mode and the needs of regional economic development. |
