| Abstract: | Varieties of magic motives showing in Tang Dynasty reveal the effect of Taoist magic. The abundant influences on the later novel writing mainly come from the free cultural atmosphere of Tang times,from the folk tales of Taoism and Buddhism in previous dynasties,and also from the creation and development of the novelists in Tang. |
