| Abstract: | The paper mainly explains the guiding significance of the Three Represen't Theory which carries forward and develops Marxism and Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought and Deng Xiao ping's Theory. The paper holds that the Three Repressent's Theory answers the basic questions on what kind of the Party to be built and how to build the Party and sets up new requirements for the whole Party and then further points out the direction to follow. |
