| 摘 要： | 文章从能源进出口、能源人才安全、能源布局、能源技术发展、能源替代及能源储备六个角度对我国能源战略的现状进行分析,指出了当前战略所存在的问题,提出了相应的对策,以增强我国能源战略安全、确保能源安全,保证能源发展与国民经济发展相适应。

| Abstract: | This paper analyses China's current energy strategy from six aspects.They are import and export strategy,talent security strategy,energy distribution strategy,technical development strategy,energy substitution strategy and energy storage strategy.It also points out the present problems existed in these strategies.Based on these,we put forward some propositions which may help to solve the current problems,to guarantee China's energy security and in the long time to ensure the economy security. |
