先秦儒家的理想人格及其路径探析

每一时代都有自己的理想人格，它体现一个时代的人生追求和价值取向。在古代士人的人格建构中，儒家思想是不可或缺的一环。儒家认为整个社会的秩序、安宁以及和谐都是建立在个人的道德修养之上和道德自觉之上，而道德实践则取决于个人的自我完善。先秦儒家强调在自我体悟、反求诸己的基础上的道德自律，认为每一个人都有义务成为“君子”，成就理想人格。文章通过对先秦儒家理想人格的建立依据及其实现路径的探讨，可以看出，先秦儒家通过对理想人格的塑造，为社会制定了许多道德和政治规范，强化了人的道德良心，启发人的理性，把外在的道德规范变成人的内在心理要求，从而达到整合社会的目的。

An Exploration and Analysis of the Confucian Ideal Personality and the Path about Pre-qin Period

Each era has its own ideal personality, which reflects life and values about the era. In the reorientation of personality, the Confucian thinking is an indispensable chain. Confucian thought the whole of orderly society, peace and harmony are all based on personal moral cultivation and the moral consciousness, and practice will depend on individual self-improvement. The pre-qin Confucian stresses on self-disciplined which is on the basis of the moral self-understood and think every man has an obligation to serve as the “gentleman” and ideal personality. This article explores the establishment and the implementation path of the Pre-qin Confucian ideal personality, the Confucian makes up many moral and political standards, which strengthens the human conscience, inspires people reason, changes the external ethics into the inner mental demands and finally achieves social integration.
