| 摘 要： | 冷战后,我国西部周边地缘环境发生了巨大变化,这种变化对我国地缘安全提供了新的机遇,但另一方面也带来了值得我们关注的安全隐患。为确保我国西部开发战略的顺利进行,我们有必要加强忧患意识,采取有效的战略措施,确保国家地缘安全。
