小城镇社区体育发展现状及对策研究

采用文献资料、调查等方法对我国小城镇社区体育发展现状进行了分析，发现小城镇社区存在对体育认识不足、组织管理不健全、基础设施匮乏、指导队伍薄弱等问题。并针对问题提出了加强宣传，提高认识，健全小城镇社区体育组织体系；加强体育基础设施建设，营造良好的活动环境；以人为本，加强体育指导配置等对策建议，旨在为小城镇社区体育健康发展提供参考。

A Study on Current Sports Development and Countermeasures in Small Town Communities

Based on the analysis of current sports development in China small town community with the way of literature review and questionnaire, this article has found the corresponding problems such as inadequate awareness of sports in small town community, incomplete organization of sports, lacking of sports equipment and weakness of guiding staff, upon which several countermeasures and suggestions are put forward. First, strengthen the popularity of sports and raise its awareness so as to complete sports organization in small town community. Second, reinforce infrastructure development for sports and cultivate better activity environment. Last, focus on people and step up sports guidance action. The purpose of the article is to the health sports development of whole small town community for reference.
