| 摘 要： | “国退民进”的提法，实质上是要国有经济从竞争性的领域退出，全面推行私有化。这种观点是十分错误并且非常有害的。今天，我们在鼓励、支持私营经济发展的同时，要正确弓导其发展的方向，让私营经济走上正确的发展道路。

| Abstract: | The essence of ＂state-owned economy stepping aside and private economy coming in＂ is the withdrawal of state-owned economy from competition and the overall implementation of private ownership. It is a harmful erroneous idea. Today, while we are encouraging and supporting the private-owned economy, we should guide its direction and steer it onto the correct road of development. |
