| 摘 要： | 经过文本解析 ,本文得出结论 ,早期的康有为认为 ,为了使列强束手、民族富强 ,同时 ,更为了使人民得所、人性圆满 ,有必要在中国建立起一种新型的近代政治体制。尽管其间可能还需要经过一些过渡阶段或权宜之计 ,在康氏心目中 ,近代新政体应以“仁——通”为根本原则 ,以“平等”、“民主”为基本目标 ,以“议院”为核心机制

| Abstract: | Having interpreted Kang Youwei's early articles, this article argues that Kang Youwei's motive of constructing a modern system of government were for both the nation's existence and humanism. So in Kang Youwei's viewpoint, humanityand opening up were cardinal principles of the modern system of government, equality and democracy were basic aims of modern system of government, and parliament was the core of modern system of government. |
