弃逐逆境中的柳宗元,其情绪的主导方面是“怨怼忿愤”。柳宗元的愤懑,主要来源于“有劳而见罪”、无辜而被逐,以及因此遭受精神和肉体的折磨。柳宗元愤而启,悱而发,用自己的方式宣泄郁愤。他愤山、愤水、愤物,归根到底却是愤人,愤“灵”与“帝”。当宣泄的对象归结到“灵”与“帝”的时候,柳宗元的愤悱便发生了根本变化。

When LIU Zongyuan fell into the adversity of banishment,his mental tendency was mainly occupied by the resentment,that generated from under the condition of being banished without any criminal behaviour but doing a lot of good deeds,and also the sufferings caused by physical and mental torture.Although he resentfully treated everything he met,he actually concentrated on the people and the "gods" as well as the "emperor".And uptill then,LIU's resentment commenced to change fundamentally.
