| Abstract: | By constructing the general model of vertical restriction,this paper first analyzes the impact of EU's two directives on enterprises' cost,technique,and marketing.Then,it discusses the prospect of information industry in Jiangsu Province and the way in dealing with EU's green barriers.Finally,it proposes that the enterprises should carry out the activities of green innovation. |
