| 摘 要： | 中华民族的发展史,是观察自然,利用自然,探索积累防灾生态学理论、技术和救灾经验、施政方针的历史。中华民族的防灾史可分为4个时期,即神话故事时期、英雄人物时期、古代国家政务时期、探索科学防灾和可持续发展时期。研究中华民族的防灾史,不仅可以为防灾生态学的创立提供必要的借鉴和丰富的历史资料,而且为探索落实科学发展观的方法、措施提供了民族的源头活水。

| Abstract: | The development history of China is the history of observating and using nature laws,exploring and accumulating hazards resistant theories,technologies and hazards handling experiences and policies.The hazard resistant history of China falls into four phases,namely,fairytale period,hero period,ancient government affair period,resisting hazards scientifically and studying sustainable development period.The researches on the hazard resistant history of China not only provide foundation of hazard resistant ecology with necessary references and abundant history materials,but also give national knowledges resources for studying and implementing the policies of scientific approach of development. |
