摘    要:民营企业经理人的胜任力评价能够为民营企业经理人的选拔和培养提供新思路,对完善现代民营企业管理制度,优化产权结构有重要的现实意义。将连续区间有序加权平均(C-OWA)算子进行拓展,提出连续三角模糊有序加权平均(CT-OWA)算子的概念。进而,将CT-OWA算子和Bonferroni平均算子相结合,提出一种连续三角模糊加权Bonferroni(CTWB)集成算子,构建基于CTWB算子的民营企业经理人胜任力评价方法。该方法综合考虑胜任力评价过程中不同评价指标之间的交互影响,不同决策者评价结果之间的相关性,以及决策者的风险态度,使得评价结果更加客观和公正。通过某民营企业职业经理人的选拔案例来说明该方法的可行性和有效性。

Abstract:Competency evaluation to professional managers in private enterprises provides new insights in the selection and cultivation of managers. It plays a vital role in facilitating the improvement of modern enterprise systems and the optimization of property right structure. The concept of continuous triangular fuzzy ordered weighted averaging ( CT-OWA ) operator is presented by expanding continuous ordered weighted averaging(C-OWA)operator. On this basis, continuous triangular fuzzy weighted Bonferroni(CTWB) aggregation operator combining CT-OWA operator with Bonferroni averaging operator is presented in order to propose the competency evaluation method of professional managers in private enterprises. The method takes interactive influence of different evaluation indicators, correlation of different policymakers’ evaluation and policymakers’risk attitude into account. Therefore, the evaluation result is more objective and effective. Finally, an example of a certain private enterprise is used to prove the feasibility and effectiveness of this method.
