| 摘 要： | 失业正接近临界点是困扰我国宏观经济的主要问题之一。掌握当前的失业状况并探究其形成原因对于有效解决失业问题有着重要意义。细致论述了失业的概念与我国的失业现状 ,并从人口原因、体制原因、结构性原因及工资刚性原因和乡村劳动力排挤原因 5个方面研究论证了产生失业的根源

| Abstract: | As a main problem, the unemployment which is at the critical point are puzzling Chinese macro economics.Knowing about the current staus of unemployment and research the causes of unemployment will help to deal with the problem of unemployment.The concept and stauts of unemployment as well as causes of resulting from population, system,structure of industry and sticky wages are discussed. |
