3167名离退休老年人健康体检患病情况分析

目的了解老年人身体健康状况，探讨影响老年人健康的主要疾病及预防策略，有针对性的进行健康教育指导。方法针对老年人常见病进行健康体检，收集体检资料，采用顺位及构成比法进行统计分析。结果老年人所患疾病处于前几位的分别是脑动脉硬化、白内障、高血压、高脂血症、高血糖、冠心病、脂肪肝、前列腺增生。其中脑动脉硬化、前列腺增生、白内障随年龄增加而增加，各年龄组问差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。各种疾病除高血压病检出率男性高于女性有统计学意义外（P〈0．05），其它疾病不存在性别差异。结论高血压、脑动脉硬化、高脂血症、高血糖、前列腺增生是老年入主要所患疾病，需要加强相关疾病保健知识的宣教和预防干预。

Analysis for physical examination results of 3167 elderly people

Objective To understand the health status of elderly persons,explore the impact of major diseases of the elderly health and prevention strategies. Targeted health education guide. Methods To carry out health examinations of common diseases in older persons and collection of medical information for statistical analysis. Results The major disease in elderly persons were cerebral arteriosclerosis,cataracts,hypertension,hyperlipidemia,hyperglycemia,coronary heart disease, fatty liver and prostatic hyperplasia. Which cerebral arteriosclerosis,prostatic hyp.erplasia,cataract increased with age and all age groups had statistically significant differences （P〈0.01）. Only the detection rate of hypertension for men higher than women with statistical significance,other diseases there is no gender difference. Conclusion Hypertension,cerebral arte- riosclerosis,hyperlipidemia,hyperglycemia and prostatic hyperplasia were the major diseases suffered by the elderly. We need to strengthen knowledge-related diseases health education and prevention interventions.
