| 摘 要： | 硕士研究生招生复试中要对考生素质与能力进行综合测评。本文在复试环节引入现代人才测评技术，阐述了构建硕士研究生复试标准化指标体系的意义和原则，建立了较为客观、全面的标准化指标体系，通过层次分析法给出了各指标的权重。

| Abstract: | There should have an integrated test on the quality and capacity of examinees who take part in the admission re-examination of master programme.In accordance with the modern personnel evaluating technology,this article has illustrated the significance and principles of designing the standardized index system in admission re-examination of graduate studens,set up a comparatively objective and comprehensive standardized index system,and marked the weight of different indicators using AHP method. |
