| 摘 要： | 土地整理是实现耕地总量动态平衡的最重要途径之一。土地整理必须以土地资源的可持续利用为原则,以保护和改善生态环境为前提,实现生态型土地整理。介绍了中国土地整理的现状、阐述了土地整理的内涵及意义,指出现阶段土地整理中存在的一些问题,并针对这些问题提出一些对策。

| Abstract: | The object of farmland consolidation must stick to the principle of sustainable development of soil resource,and while the conservation and improvement of eco-environment should be considered an important precondition.This object will realize the integration benefit of society,economy and eco-environment,and realize the transformation from farmland consolidation to eco-consolidation.Present situationActuality of land consolidation in China is introduced in this paper.Connotation and significance of farmland consolidation are presented,then some problems existing in farmland consolidation and countermeasures are put forward. |
