| 摘 要： | 工科院校为社会发展和科技进步提供了大量的创新人才和建设人才，而人才培养的关键取决于教师的教学水平、知识结构和积极主动性。面对新的挑战，工科院校应该通过转换理念、优化环境、加强能力培养、改革评价体系、促进团队建设等方式来有效地进行师资培养，提升工科院校的整体师资水平.
