廉政文化：内涵与政治社会化机制

廉政文化是关于廉政的思想、理论、规范以及与之相适应的行为方式和社会评价的总和。廉政文化政治社会化是一个复杂的过程，主要借助以勤政廉政为核心的党内传递机制、以清正廉洁为核心的社会化教育机制、以制度化为核心的立法机制、以民主参与为核心的监督机制、以劝诫惩罚为手段的强力纠错机制、以推陈出新为核心的创新机制作用于社会，发挥其基本功能。

Integrity culture:connotation and political socialization mechanism

Integrity culture is the sum of the ideas, theories, norms on integrity and the corresponding social conduct and evaluation standards. The political socialization of integrity culture is a complicated process which includes the delivery mechanism in the CPC with hard work and honesty as its the core, the social education mecha- nism with honesty and uprightness as the core, the institutionalized legislative mechanism, the monitoring mecha- nism based on democratic participation, the mistake - correcting mechanism by virtue of dissuasion and punish- ment, the innovative mechanism aiming at abolishing the old and creating the new. With the help of these mecha- nisms, the integrity culture is supposed to give full play to its basic functions.
