论析竞争文化与反不正当竞争法律制度

市场经济的灵魂是竞争。随着市场经济的飞速发展和竞争法制的不断建立健全,市场竞争文化的培育和发展问题日益受到各国政府(地区)和有关国际组织的重视。我国对市场竞争文化的认识还比较模糊残,缺乏系统性与科学性,在很大程度上严重制约了中国市场竞争文化的培育及其发展进程与市场竞争文化对竞争法制的促进功效发挥。培育竞争文化对完善我国反正当竞争法律制度具有重要意义。
