中国食品信义义务“重塑”之信息披露策略的思考

摘    要:本文以食品企业所应承担的信义义务为切人点,指出高效的信息披露体制将成为公众对食品企业能力信任与品质信任的关键。笔者基于对食品安全信息披露主体性交易成本形成过程的分析,探索性提出食品信息披露“俱乐部”式合作策略、食品信息风险评估机构独立化策略、食品信息披露社区化治理策略,以促进中国食品企业信义义务的“重塑”。
