| 摘 要： | 中国3G的发展使手机媒体逐渐成为人们日常沟通中不可或缺的工具；《政府信息公开条例》要求政府向公众公布必要的信息，以法律形式保障了公民的知情权。与传统媒体相比，手机媒体在信息的传播中具有无可比拟的优势，所以随着3G的大规模发展，手机媒体在政府信息发布中将扮演重要的角色。
