| 摘 要： | 在资源和环境的硬约束条件下,发展服务经济是摆脱资源和环境问题的有效途径。近年来,跨国公司开始加速进入我国的生产性服务业。我国服务业发展的内在需求、产业融合和全球直接投资不仅成为跨国公司进入我国生产性服务业的主要动因,而且也为跨国公司进入我国生产性服务业打开了巨大的发展空间。我国制造业大国的地位、区域特色鲜明的国情以及吸引FD I多年来居发展中国家首位的现实,为跨国公司采用服务外包模式、集聚区模式和外资拉动模式进入我国生产性服务业创造了得天独厚的契机。
