Discusses the inherent essence,connotation,function and existing state of harmonious culture in view of the relations between people and nature,people and society and among individuals and human beings themselves.Elaborates the dialectic relation between the existing culture and the generating process of culture especially the dialectically interactive relation between them.Then,an argument is given to some important issues which are necessary to focus on for putting them into practice to build the harmonious culture.A matter of particular importance is that we must absorb favorable resource from traditional culture.
