| 摘 要： | 通过对河南省国家助学贷款模式的介绍和分析,提出了一套完善的国家助学贷款制度和该制度应具有的三个特征,同时围绕这三个特征并结合河南省国家助学贷款工作的实际,给出了解决目前国家助学贷款工作困境的具体思路.

| Abstract: | Through defining and analyzing the pattern of the governmental education aid loan in Henan Province,the article brings up three characters which a set of developed institution of the governmental education aid loan should have.At the same time it gives us the detailed suggestions which will solve the present problems of the governmental education aid loan policy,according to the reality of the governmental education aid loan policy in Henan Province and its three characters. |
