摘    要:致仕制度(即我们今天所说的官员年老退休制度),是我国古代官僚制度的一个重要组成部分.清代官员致仕制度多袭明制,但仍有其独特的变化和规定.尤其在晚清时期,统治危机急剧加深,对于年老官员的致仕问题,清朝最高掌权者给予了更多的关注.致仕年龄的无定制和灵活性,以及致仕待遇的优厚性这两大特色在此时期表现的尤为显著.

Abstract:Causing bodyguard system(as the retirement system in nowdays) is an important component of our country's bureaucrat system in ancient times.The official Qing Dynasty's causing bodyguard system mainy followed the pattern of Ming's system,but it still had the unique changes and stipulates.Especially in the period of late Qing Dynasty,the ruling crisis had been deepened rapidly,the maximal hierarch of the Qing Dynasty had given more attention to the aged official causing bodyguard problem.The causing bodyguard age was no order and flexibility,and the causing bodyguard pay shows was favourable,these two big characteristics in this period were notable.
