| 摘 要： | 德育是学校重要的教育活动,教师活动的潜在动力是"爱与奉献","让教育充满了爱",没有爱就没有教育,这是教育的出发点,也是教育成功的关键点.和谐师生关系的构建是教师主体对学生主体实施德育影响的过程,"爱与奉献"教育理念中蕴含着巨大德育效能.
