| 摘 要： | “受教育权”是“计划经济”时代的产物,“学习权”是“市场经济”时代的全新教育。“受教育权”和“学习权”是两个既有内在联系,以有本质区别的概念。“学习权”取代“受教育权”将是中国教育革命性变化的第一步,也是历史的必然。

| Abstract: | The right of receiving education is a time's product of plan economy. The right of learning is a complete original education in the times of market economy. The right of receiving education and learning are different concept which contact with each other and different with each other in essence. It is the first step of revolutionary change of Chinese education and it is an inevitability to be replaced the right of receiving education by the right of learning. |
