The market agency of Chengdu started late,but it develops quickly under the municipal party committee,and it plays an important part in modern service industry,meanwhile it is also blossoming and expanding.Affected by its own and external factors,the present market agencies still lack the degree of prosperity.Some of the intermediaries and practitioners are lack of standardization,for example,bribe and cheat,which are illegal activities.Especially,individual units or civil servants accept bribes in supervision.To solve these problems and advance the service industry,this article raises some countermeasures with science,system and specific for dealing with the situation.Particularly,it brings something forward to set up and amplify the systems of service centers,self-restrain of association,laws and regulations,regulatory and supervisor＇s punishment and prophylaxis.
