摘    要:1949-1952年是新中国政权巩固及国家重建的三年,也是从旧社会过来的中小学教师适应新社会、初步接受改造的三年。思想学习是中小学教师思想改造的基本形式,它通常表现为日常的政治时事学习与假期的集训与轮训,学习的主要内容以提高政治思想觉悟为主。从此,思想学习逐渐融入教师的日常生活,中小学教师在思想意识领域开始了进入新社会的过程。

Abstract:The three-year period from 1949 to 1952 witnessed both the new-born China consolidate and rebuild herself, and also the primary and middle school teachers from the old society adapt to the new one and receive preliminary ideological remolding. Ideological study is a fundamental form to ideologically remold the primary and middle school teachers, and generally consists of study of political daily news, and the centralized and/or rotation training on holidays, with contents stressing to improve trainees' political and ideological consciousness. Eventually, ideological study merged into teachers' daily life, and they got adapted to the new society ideologically.
