| 摘 要： | 区域软实力是与国家软实力相类比、并将其应用于区域竞争与发展研究而产生的，其理论基础是国家软实力理论和区域竞争力理论；区域软实力理论框架体系一般包括如下内容：概念及内涵，与综合实力和硬实力的关系，表现形式、来源及其功能，主要构成要素及其系统结构，衡量指标以及测度方法，提升路径，等等；围绕这些理论问题，在分析评述国内外现有成果的基础上，综合运用国家软实力、区域竞争力、区域经济、系统学、科学发展观等理论进行阐释，初步形成了具有中国特色的区域软实力理论体系的基本框架。
