| 摘 要： | 依托国民教育体系培养军事人才,已经成为众多国家的常态化制度.美国是最早通过立法形式确立该项制度的国家,配套的规章政策已趋于完善.通过对比中美两国军队依托国民教育培养军事人才的现行模式,分析差异得出启示,持续推动我军发展完善该项制度.
